Trading with us should be simple.
You get a clear, practical route to a genuine retail buyer. Retail Planet buys your stock outright, owns it, sells it directly to customers through ecommerce and manages the online operation itself. Here is what you can expect from first contact to a repeat order.
The supplier journey
Four clear stages.
You will always know what information we need, what happens next and who to contact.
Share your range
Tell us about your company, the categories you supply and the stock you have available. You get a straightforward first route to a genuine retail buyer.
Get comfortable with the fit
We review the range, confirm our business details and answer the practical questions you need answered before trading. Trade references are available as part of that conversation.
Agree a firm first order
We discuss the first order, delivery arrangements, invoice process and any credit limit that makes sense for both sides. Retail Planet then buys the stock outright and owns it from purchase through to sale.
We manage the sale
We own and hold the inventory, sell it ourselves to end customers as the retailer and seller of record, and manage our own online listings, pricing, fulfilment and customer service through our ecommerce operation.
Payment and terms
Agree terms that work for you.
You know the order detail, delivery expectations, invoice process and payment date before the first order is placed. We agree the practical terms openly so there are no surprises for your team.
Once the agreed invoice is received against the correct order, we aim to make prompt payment on those terms. If you need a credit limit or have a specific onboarding process, include it in your enquiry so we can address it early.

Questions, answered
Before you make contact.
Is there a minimum order?
We review each range and first order on its merits. Share the stock and order profile you have available and we can discuss what is workable.
How do you pay suppliers?
We agree payment terms before an order is placed and process invoices against the agreed order and delivery details.
Does it matter if I have not sold to online retailers before?
No. We explain the information we need and keep the buying conversation focused on your range, availability and terms.
How quickly do you reorder?
Reordering depends on the category, availability and how the first order performs. We keep the conversation open so repeat orders are straightforward when there is a fit.
Can I set a credit limit?
Yes. If you offer credit, tell us the limit and terms you need considered. We will discuss it openly before any order is placed.
How do I get started?
Send a supplier enquiry with your company details and categories. We aim to reply within two working days.
